Despite the sluggish start Torremolinos Gay Pride has evolved into an LGBTQ phenomenon since 2015. Each year, pride enthusiasts flock to this seaside resort town for magnificent beach parties, pool parties, one impressive pride parade, and generally electric energy filling the town’s venues. The leading gay area is La Nogalera. So, during Pride, this comes incredibly alive with plenty of Pride and enthusiasts enjoying al fresco drinking with new friends.

What once comprised just two floats, Torremolinos Gay Pride now attracts over 50,000 people yearly. During Pride, the local city council and many gay-owned businesses team up to form an unforgettable event. In addition, all this helps create better synergy between Torremolinos and its local LGBTQ community and brings to light any issues pertinent to the community.
